Dark Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake
Prep time: 4 minutes
Cook time: 1 minute
- 1 packet of my favorite whey protein powder – chocolate
- 8 ounces almond milk (you may substitute your preferred milk)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 6 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Microwave for a hot treat.
